About Us

Our mission is to assist with ending homelessness, reduce the number of unhoused people, and to provide resources and skills to end the repeated process of being unhoused.

We do this by engaging with marginalized communities with lived experiences of homelessness and partnering with the local community and health agencies to coordinate health and supportive services.

Our vision is to bring awareness to the realities that affect underrepresented communities with a focus on the Black and Brown/People of Color, Transgender, Lesbian, GNC/Nonbinary, Queer, Indigenous, Latino, Latina, and LatinX communities.
